The Cavium CN63XX-NIC10E is a dual port 10 Gigabit Ethernet Adapter, designed with the next generation OCTEON II 63XX device and supports the latest PCI-Express Gen2.0 connectivity. The adapter is available in a full-height, half-length form factor and supports several inline offload capabilities including LZS Compression, DPI, Crypto, TCP Offload, iSCSI Offload, De-duplication and RAID.
The new adapter also supports DDR3 Memory and has a single DIMM slot which can support up to 8 GB of Memory. Optional 1GB of onboard DDR3 memory is available for DPI applications. The card also supports NVRAM capability.
The adapter supports dual SFP+ ports enabling both copper and optical support.
The Intelligent Network Adapter is also available as a four port Gigabit Ethernet adapter with the above mentioned offload capabilities.
